• Makes 6 Sandwiches / 6 Bread Rolls.
    Prep Time: 10 minutes

    • 1 x 227g tub of A&T Blue Swimmer Special Meat
    • 1 Tbsp whole-egg mayonnaise
    • 1 Tbsp creme fraiche or sour cream
    • 1 Tsp lemon zest
    • 1 Tbsp chopped chives
    • Slice of bread of choice, focaccia or bread roll
    • 2 Avocado’s sliced
    • Finely shredded iceberg lettuce


  1. Mix the A&T crab meat in a bowl with the mayonnaise, creme fraiche, lemon zest and chives. Season to taste with sea salt and freshly milled black pepper, then stir to combine.
  2. Place avocado slices on the bread of choice first, followed by the crab meat mixture and finally the lettuce.
  3. Close and enjoy.
